8-9am AM Drop-Off & Breakfast
9-10am Morning Stretch / Sleep Breaker Activity
10-11am - AM Fitness
11-12pm Creative Arts, Cooking or Brain Power Sessions
12-1pm - Lunch
1-2pm - Creative Writing, Reading Hour or Special Guest
2-3:30pm PM Fitness
3:45-5pm - Daily Nature Walk / Gardening / Organized Sports
5-6pm - Dinner, Dismissal & Evening Snack Distribution

The Corder Pounders Youth Fitness program developed an after school club several years ago and have worked with youth and families of all ages throughout P.G. County and DC. We have developed a functional program that addresses the weight gain of our youth within our families. This FUN FILLED FITNESS model is designed for youth under 18. THIS IS NOT A GYM WORKOUT! We have designed a strategic FITNESS & WELLNESS PLAN that provides more than a place to WORK - OUT, we PROVIDE SUPPORT to COMBAT OBESITY. Our program is extending an open invitation to the public so that we can provide this service to more youth! The workout is also OPEN TO THE WHOLE FAMILY!!!!
